Insurance
We participate with Care First, Blue Cross Blue Shield, PPO & HMO plans. Clients with this coverage would only be responsible for their copay and deductible as applicable for billable services. Insurance benefits can be confusing. Anthem and Optum generally have separate mental health deductibles, so please call your insurance provider to check on the details of your particular coverage prior to scheduling.
If you do not have BCBS, or if your services are not billable (i.e. couples counseling, telephone services, report writing), you will be responsible for full payment at the time of the appointment. However, if you have another insurance provider you'd like to use, we are happy to work with you to submit your insurance claim for out of network reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Once your appointment is scheduled, it is reserved for you. Therefore, we request that you notify us 48 hours in advance of a cancellation. Appointments that are not cancelled in advance will require payment of the full cost of the session.
